The OC workshop will focus on an actual problem in an organization that is in urgent need of insights and solutions. A public transportation agency in a major city is dealing with ongoing safety issues. Studies have been conducted, reports issued, corrective actions taken but the accidents keep happening. If additional rules and procedures, updated technology and new leadership does not resolve this urgent challenge, what will? We will use the OC process to see if we can gain an understanding of the underlying issues that might not be available through the usual assessment and evaluation methodologies. As with our previous workshop we still expect to have some time to go into the career or workplace challenges you bring to the session.

During the January, OC SIG workshop in DC we looked at the dynamics of a consultant's coaching methodology. The consultant works with executives who are dealing with difficult employees.
Instead of mapping a specific case we looked at the general approach
and the underlying systemic messages that would help restore the relationship. Two other participants during the workshop worked on identifying and resolving systemic issues that were impacting their careers.     

This upcoming workshop will provide another opportunity to enhance our understanding of the systemic approach for both personal and organization change. Before we can help change an organization we have to be adept at changing ourselves.  Join us Saturday afternoon,
